Integrate any payment gateway to facilitate secure transactions by connecting the store’s checkout process to various payment methods, such as credit cards, digital wallets (e.g., Square, Stripe, PayPal), bank transfers, and other online payment services.
Given that you already have an account on one of these payment gateways – Square, Stripe, and PayPal.
If you do not have an account yet, you can research what you think would work for you.
Step 1: Search the plugin on your wordpress
Install the Payment Gateway (e.g., Square, Stripe, PayPal) plugin on your WordPress website.
Go to the menu of WordPress and click on Plugins → Add New.
Step 2: Install and activate
Type the Payment Gateway (e.g., Square, Stripe, PayPal) to Search the plugin.
Click ‘Install Now’ and ‘Activate’.
After completing the installation, the plugin will be visible here:
Step 3: configure the payment settings
Go to the menu of WordPress and click on WooCommerce → Settings.
If you chose Square, click the Square tab and click the blue button to connect to your Square account.
Set up the Business location and click ‘Save changes’.
Go to the Payments tab, enable the Square then click ‘Save changes’ and ‘Manage’.
Make the necessary updates you prefer and click ‘Save changes’.
